The PUMS PTO operates almost exclusively on our parents' contributions.
​
We engage in very little traditional fundraising and we try to avoid conflicts with students' fundraising efforts. We are a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization, so every contribution you make is tax deductible. We have not been able to update our banking information yet; you will find us listed as JWMS PTO and checks must still be made out to JWMS PTO for now. Thank you for your understanding.

McCaffrey’s donates 1% of eligible purchases to PUMS. Drop receipts -not more than two months old, please- in the PTO mailbox in the main office.
CORPORATE MATCHING
Most employers have Corporate Matching Gift Programs that will match donations made to not-for-profit organizations like the PUMS PTO.
It’s easy! Log on to your corporate HR website and search for ‘Corporate Gift Matching’ or similar wording. Under the list of organizations, search for John Witherspoon Parent-Teacher Organization Inc. If you do not see our name, you may need to register using our address and tax ID (22-3600348).
